Review: Misconduct by Penelope Douglas

*****5 Stars*****

This book was absolutely amazing and combustible in every way!! This is the Penelope Douglas book that I have had the pleasure of reading and I have to say that I am way late to the party on this one! The writing was so well thought out and flowed perfectly together in a way that sucks you into the story and you will never want the story to end.
The chemistry between Easton and Tyler was completely off the charts in every interaction that they had. Tyler Marek is one of those characters that you love to hate and hate to love. Lets just say I had a love-hate relationship with him for the whole story but ultimately fell in love with him. He is definitely my new favorite book boyfriend and I call dibs on this sexy, arrogant businessman! While you will feel for Easton Bradbury and all that she has gone through in her short twenty three years.
Misconduct is a bit of a taboo read. Former tennis player Easton Bradbury is starting her first year teaching, just trying to be the best teach that she can be and forget about her past. One parent-teacher meeting proves to be more than she can handle and might just be her undoing. Tyler Marek is campaigning for senatorship and trying to raise his son. He does an excellent job at building and maintaining his business, not so much with raising his son. Easton and Tyler have an instant connection and oh how the sparks fly with those two! They know any relationship between the two is strictly forbidden, but they don't give a care!
I don't want to spoil anything so all I'm going to say is that Misconduct is a MUST READ!!! It is filled with off the charts chemistry, passion, laughs, and secrets!! I could not put this book down for anything and I never wanted it to end!! I cannot wait to read more from Penelope Douglas, especially if they are just as amazing as Misconduct!

Former tennis player Easton Bradbury is trying to be the best teacher she can be, trying to reach her bored students and trying to forget her past. What brought her to this stage in her life isn’t important. She can’t let it be. But now one parent-teacher meeting may be her undoing…

Meeting Tyler Marek for the first time makes it easy for Easton to see why his son is having trouble in school. The man knows how to manage businesses and wealth, not a teenage boy. Or a young teacher, for that matter, though he tries to. And yet…there is something about him that draws Easton in—a hint of vulnerability, a flash of attraction, a spark that might burn.

Wanting him is taboo. Needing him is undeniable. And his long-awaited touch will weaken Easton’s resolve—and reveal what should stay hidden…
