Review: Hard to Forget (Alpha's Heart #3) by Bella Jewel

*****5 Stars*****

Ooooh another cracking read from Bella Jewel!
Delaney is a professional bodyguard, a woman in a man's world trying to prove that she has what it takes to be taken seriously in her role. She's determined and driven and she has her mind set on her goal of proving to her boss she's ready to go it alone and take on the big cases.
Jaz Shields finds himself in need of protection when he witnesses a crime, he's the successful owner of a chain of luxury hotels so he's a busy guy and can't afford to be looking over his shoulder constantly, so he approaches Thorpe Security to employ somebody to do it for him. Jax is a bit of a chauvinistic pig to start with, he is, shall we say, disappointed to find that Delaney, a woman, has been assigned to his case. He's an alpha and doesn't like the idea of trusting a women at his back, a definite dent to his male pride I think.
Jax soon redeems himself when he sees what Delaney is made of and my opinion of him changed as the book went on to the point that I was a rather large Jax fan by the end.
Delaney is a really likeable female lead, she has a few insecurities and she second guesses herself sometimes, just like all women, but she's also strong and can kick major a$$, I was really rooting for her to prove the men she works with wrong and show that women are just as strong as men where it counts!
Another great read from Bella Jewel, there's not much more to be said, choosing her books to read is a no-brainer, everything she writes is brilliant.
