Wicked Favor is the first book in Sawyer Bennett's Wicked Horse Vegas series. The Wicked Horse is an elite sex club nestled in the heart of Sin City where people can explore all sorts of fantasies or fetishes whether that be voyeurism or BDSM. The owner of the club is our hero, Jerico Jamison. Tall, dark, and handsome, Jerico finds himself paying off an old debt to a Marine buddy, Jace, who he'd like to forget, when his buddy's sister,Trista, turns up needing to borrow some money. He hates Jace and thinks helping his sister is the making of a great revenge plot.
Trista, beaten and bruised, is running out of options to get out of the mess that she finds herself in, and Jerico is the only person that can get her out of it. She finds herself "working off" her debt at The Wicked Horse Vegas for the next 30 days. Her job duties include whatever Jerico says whether that be cocktail waitress, cleaning lady, or the condiment lady. Their chemistry is off the charts and working in an environment filled with sexual exploration has Trista curious about all the things she is observing. She is finding herself more and more attracted to Jerico. Is this just another great job perk or will she stand to lose more after her 30 days are up?
Wicked Favor was sexy and seductive and filled with lots of sex! This wasn't my favorite of hers though. I felt like the storyline was predictable and I hate to say this but there was just too much sex. I personally didn't really feel the connection between Jerico and Trista other than their sexual chemistry with one another. I wanted a little more connection and conversation and build up to their relationship. Other than that, I quite enjoyed it and can't wait for the next book in the series.
