Review: Tracker's End (Wind Dragons MC #3) by Chantal Fernando

***3 Stars***

It kills me to only give this book 3 stars as I have enjoyed this series so far but I just feel these books are slipping too far away from the M/C genre and some of this book felt forced in trying to add some drama to a fluffy cliché filled read.
I loved Tracker in the first book and was excited to hear we were getting his story but he just didn't live up to my previous impression of him, yes he is hot and funny but there was just something lacking from his character for me, we didn't really learn anything new about him through the book. Lana, I liked her but I have to say I am not a fan of the female lead being a writer of erotica books as I've come across in a few books now, it is cliché and a little lazy for me and I really did cringe a few times. So the characters and their stories just fell flat for me.
I had high hopes at the beginning of the story as I liked the interaction and flirting between Tracker and Lana initially so I'm not sure where it went wrong for me. There wasn't any real drama to speak of given that this is an M/C read and any did just seem to focus solely around Lana and Tracker rather than the club itself. What little there was just didn't match up to what we have seen previously in this series and felt placed to try and remind us it is a M/C read.
It was good to catch up with some of the other characters and I am still looking forward to more from this series but hope for a little more drama of the M/C kind.

Synopsis

The third in a sexy romance series from the bestselling author of Saxon and Toxic Girl about the bad boys of the Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club and the women who fall in love with them.

Tracker is everything I’ve ever wanted.

I see him. I’ve watched time change him.

I’ve been patient, but he still hasn’t noticed me. Not the way I want him to. The more time I spend with the MC, the more I understand.

When you want something, you have to take it. You have to fight for it.

And Tracker is more than worth fighting for…
