Eve has uprooted her entire life, or at least the parts she wants to keep, and started afresh. With things back home not completely sorted out, she just wants to settle in, make some friends and finally start living.
However, she certainly did not include a caveman alpha in her new life plans. She's not ready to even contemplate a new man but this one doesn't take no for an answer.
Despite being turned down numerous times, playboy Grant continues to chase Eve. Can she give in and just have a quick, no-strings fling?
I loved Grant. He's strong, knows what he wants and is a great character. Even though some scenes in this book were reminiscent of other books I've read, I still enjoyed it.
Unfortunately, the ARC copy I received had quite a lot of errors, which I'm assuming was due to a formatting problem (whole paragraphs had sentences jumbled up, leaving it in total disarray) but I'm sure these will be fixed before release.
There's drama enough for everyone, from vying women, meddling parents to the past just not letting go.
All in all, it's a sweet (if not entirely original) story and I'm sure lots of you will enjoy reading how Grant runs roughshod over Eve and any plans she may have had.
