REVIEW: Switch by Adriana Locke

*****5 Stars*****

Oh boy…Landry Boys to be exact…just when you think you’ve met the hottest of these men another comes (pardon the pun!) along and elbows the others out of the way. Third book in this series, that I would read in order so to avoid spoilers but to also ensure you don’t miss out on the Landry Boys, and another enjoyable addition to this series that I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of. I love the banter between the whole family but especially the brothers. This is a boss/secretary story that is superbly written and delivered as I have come to expect from this author who never fails to deliver a great book.

Graham is everything I didn’t expect and everything I wanted him to be. In previous books we have got a glimpse of him as the serious steadfast one of the brothers and I couldn’t wait to get his story to see how a woman would make him come undone, Adriana delivered and in the process made Graham my favourite of this hot brood. Graham is the kingpin of the Landry businesses and the family too, this role has left him in a position where he’s afraid to let go and puts everyone before his own needs. So I loved seeing him come undone in spectacular fashion.

Mallory is brilliant, from the get go she had me wanting the best for her, she is funny, witty and gutsy though she doesn’t see it that way. I loved the comebacks she had for Graham and how she pressed his buttons and pushed him out of his comfort zone. These two together are super hot and I just couldn’t get enough of them, the attraction between them from the offset and the tension was palpable, loved it. I love banter between couples where even in the middle of a majorly hot sex scene you find yourself chuckling and Switch definitely has that.

A brilliant addition to this series and I loved getting to see the couples from the previous books and how their relationships are evolving. I love this family and seriously want to be a Landry, their commitment to each other is a joy to read. I’m already looking forward to Ford’s book next I believe.

Mallory Sims is late for her first day of work.

After spilling her tea, she discovers she has no gas in her car. Add that her arm keeps sticking to her dress from syrup left on the console of her car, flustered feels like an understatement.

Then she sees her new boss.

Graham Landry is the epitome of NSFW in his custom-fit suit, black-rimmed glasses, and a look so stern her libido doesn’t stand a chance. Being flustered is just the start of her problems.

Her punctuality is only the start of his. With a pink slip in hand, he’s been waiting on his new secretary to show up only to let her go. Then she rushes in with her doe eyes and rambling excuses, smelling like bacon and lavender. The termination paper falls to the side as she falls in his arms.

This is a disaster in the making. Not because of his pinpoint exactness or her free spirit, but because when they’re together, the sparks that fly threaten to burn the whole place down.
