I absolutely loved this new book from Samantha Towle!...
Carrick Ryan is an Irish (yes ladies, Irish!) Formula 1 driver with a reputation for being a womanizer that precedes him.
Andressa 'Andi' Amaro is a mechanic who is dead set against dating drivers. So when her uncle John gets her a job alongside him on Carrick Ryan's team, her restraint is definitely put to the test. And with everyone on Carrick's team letting their misgivings of having a female mechanic on the team, and describing him like a dog in heat, it's clear that temptation will definitely rear its head.
Carrick is my new fave book boyfriend, I adore him! Underneath all that initial cockiness and manwhoring there is a really sweet, funny guy. I loved the friendship between him and Andi that developed . They had great banter!
Andi is a great female lead. There were a few moments when I wanted to slap some sense into her but after what she went through as a child I could understand her misgivings totally and really felt for her.
It's been a while since Samantha Towle released a new book but this one was definitely worth the wait. If she isn't already on it, put this author on your auto one-click list, she never disappoints.
